Can I send my mattress back if I don’t like it?

If you’ve taken part in the Sleep Trial, you are able to swap your mattress after 50 nights from the day it was delivered - this is how long you’ll need to really see if you like it. You can then follow the steps on our Sleep Trial page and exchange it for another if you don’t like it.

If your mattress was not part of the Sleep Trial, you are still able to return it to us, however, you will need to arrange a courier to do so. Goods must be unused, wrapped in their original packaging and still in a saleable condition. See our terms & conditions for more information.
