My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Our delivery drivers will ask you to check over your item(s) before signing for them. If you can see there is damage, please ‘refuse’ delivery and sign for it as damaged on your delivery note. Your order will be sent back to us and we can arrange for a new item to be delivered.


If you’ve already accepted delivery before noticing the damage, please visit our Contact page to notify our Customer Service team of a cancellation. We are happy to exchange any product that is damaged or faulty on delivery.


If you’ve accepted delivery and discover damage later than 24 hours, this may affect your eligibility for exchange - therefore, we recommend you fully inspect your item once it has been received.
